Joy and her husband John will be celebrating their Silver Wedding Anniversary this summer!  Together they have 3 adult children; Jessica, Chelsea and Cody, and 2 grandchildren-Carson and Sophie.  Joy has a Master's Degree in Special Education and is the co-founder/owner of A New Leaf; an agency that provides developmental and mental health services. Her platform, "Beautiful Abilities"-  Helps women who face physical, developmental and mental health challenges to let their beauty Shine!  Joy has personally experienced the value of this after being diagnosed with Lupus two years ago and believes that a diagnosis should not determine your ability to be a beautiful person inside and out.  Joy is an active member and advocate of BAM (Boise Autism Mom's) and the Lupus Foundation.
